It was easy to schedule, it was done at a reasonable price, and finished on time. Ever since I had the service done in March I had no complaints!

The shop is great I know the mechanics, I've dealt with them before. I like the new management they seem just as cool as the previous management. I appreciate the fact that they went out of their way to pick me up and drop me off at work so they could work on my car. I will say I had the best service of my life at the Morristown AAMCO. I tell all my family and friends to go. It was really wonderful that every single step of the way I was included and informed. The mechanic actually took me in to the garage and showed me the under belly of my car and explained what everything does and what was causing the issues. I took my car into AAMCO to figure out why my car was overheating. AAMCO fixed the overheating and I was pleased to find out that they also fixed my AC unit, as a favor. My car is running well, I am driving all over the place with out any issues. I am very pleased with my AAMCO and the work they do. What I like most about AAMCO is that they didn't progress and just do things with out letting me know where they were at. They would call me tell me what they found and tell me what it would cost and then they would go about fixing the problem, after I OKed it. I like AAMCO so much that I will continue to bring my car to them and I have recommended AAMCO to my friends.

I stumbled on Vince's shop a few years ago and have been going ever since. I've also recommended him to many friends in the neighborhood. Someone once told me if you want something good, fast and inexpensive you can pick any two but not get all three. Without hyperbole, I've gotten all three with Vince plus one more....honesty. I don't go to the dealer any longer for my 2003 Acura or my brand new Acadia. He's my local mechanic with the power of a huge company behind him...it's really the best of both worlds. Can't go wrong here.

Tom, who worked on my car, asked me if I was having problems with low mileage, and I said that I hadn't noticed any change, to which he replied "well you're going to be surprised when I'm done.." and I'm just tickled at how much better it is. Absolutely blown away by the customer service and professionalism of this AAMCO. I have an unpredictable work schedule that makes it hard to schedule maintenance. I’ve also had a horrible experience with Mavis for my previous service (they accidentally drained my transmission fluid and had to get my car towed to a dealership. It took 5 days to get my car back!!). I called for a walk in oil change and they were so accommodating. I’ll be bringing my company car to only AAMCO Morristown in the future!

They are the consummate example of professionalism, and are knowledgeable and friendly. Their service is bar none, making sure that you are aware of all that is going on with your vehicle and why. In addition, the work is done in a timely manner in accordance to what’s going on with the vehicle. If you are a member of Car Shield, they have that all wrapped up as well. You don’t have to worry about trying to figure things out with Car Shield, they will assist you with the process as much as possible from start to finish. Kudos to AAMCO of Morristown, well worth having your vehicle serviced there!
